Indoor cycling is a great way to stay in shape in the off season or get introduced to the world of cycling. Our certified instructors will lead a 45 minute class that will take you on a visual journey to music that keeps you moving. Chose the class and time that works for you. Meet others into the groovy bike life, while you get in shape! Yoga is an excellent way to cross train- Improve your balance, strength and energy. Become one with your inner biker. We welcome all students from beginners to instructors seeking to deepen their knowledge and enhance their lives through the practice of yoga. Learning, sharing and practicing together we create the “kula” community of the heart.
Offerings will include: We will be focusing on Vinyasa flow and Ashtanga style yoga. Noon and after work classes are our focus for both indoor cycling and yoga.
